lonely client or just a bit odd?

I work at a day spa, hair salon. We are asked to write thank you's to the clients after they come in for massage. This client (female) only comes to see me twice a month for a 30 min. massage.

I've found that there are a number of clients that just suck all the energy out of me. Almost like they are a psychic vampire. Have other people encountered this? Any suggestions?
