I'm seeing a lot of fibromyalgia patients lately. Shiatsu seems to help, but I'd love to help them more. Is anybody finding a different style more effective?

I've done a lot of research on Fibromyalgia since my sister has it. Trigger Point Therapy along with swedish seems to be the best. If worked on regularly it keeps the flare-ups to a minimum and the toxicity in the body down as long as they are doing their part to be healthy as well, light cardio, drinking water, eating natural organic foods since processed foods cause flare-ups.
