Overview: Selling your services and packaging them

Why do clients come to you and in what context do they remember to book an appointment? If you have a clear picture of this, you can tailor your services to best meet client needs at prices that will keep them coming back while allowing you to meet your income goals.

Services consist of the core service being provided (e.g., massage style) plus add-ons, specialized equipment, and specialized needs addressed. To simplify all of this for clients, packages can be used to pull together popular combinations meeting client needs.

2. Select you, based on what you offer, availability, and price

Toolkit

Searchable: Clients need to be able to find you when looking for a new therapist
Comprehensive/ detailed: Services need to have sufficient detail to show up in search and attract client interest
Simple: Packages targeted to specific client needs builds trust (from empathy) and allows for easy purchase.
